Refund policy
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
Returns
As food items are perishable and for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food products once they have been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with. However, if there is a problem with your order - such as a damaged product, or an error in the shipment - we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@justpeanuts.ae. We will evaluate the issue and ensure that we either replace your product or issue a full refund.
Refunds
If your return refund request is approved due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@justpeanuts.ae.
