Shipping Coverage & Delivery Timeline

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our shipping services cover all of the UAE, within city limits, with delivery timelines as follows:

• Next-Day Delivery: Available across the UAE (except remote areas), for orders placed before 6:00 PM (18:00 Hrs).
• No Deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays.

Order Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers must provide full recipient details: Complete name, company name (if applicable), full address (including building name, office/flat number, and street/landmark), and contact number(s). 

Please make sure that the delivery address and all details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or unavailable customers. Additionally, in cases of extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays.

Shipping Fees & Calculation

Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location and order size. The final delivery fee will be displayed at checkout.
